Do you provide initial consultation?

Yes, we definitely provide an initial virtual consultation without charge. On-site consultation and assessment available with charge (typically travel and expense plus hourly charge while on-site). Please click on the “Contact Us” button to arrange an initial no-cost virtual consultation.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 8 AM to 6 PM EST/EDT, Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

What are your bona fides?

Our services and technologies have been used in active US DoD operations and our staff holds active security clearances up to USDoD Top Secret/SCI meaning staff has been cleared for the most sensitive requirements.

Can you work with our existing monitoring firm?

Yes, all of our processes and technology support interoperability with existing security monitoring (provided they have extensible and interoperable systems).

Do you offer monitoring?

We do not. Having said that, we can provide perimeter sensor triggers that tie in with existing monitoring providers. In all cases, our processes and technologies work with any provider that exposes standards-based alarm, alerting, and escalation interfaces.

Do you have centralized and mobile applications that can alert me when a breach occurs?

Yes. We have safe room “common operating” pictures, plus alerting and full view when fully mobile through Android and iOS applications.
